Annual Capitol Hill Intern Briefing

College students: Planning to intern in DC on the Hill or for another organization this summer? Or is DC area your home? If you are a college student, please hold the date!

If you are from out of town, plan to come for FFL's annual Capitol Hill Intern Briefing on July 3 at 10 am, and stay for the fireworks on the Fourth of July!

Internships

Committed pro-woman, pro-life college students interested in applying for FFL's coveted summer internships, including telecommuting internships, should apply now by contacting coordinator@ffloncampus.org.

Chosen applicants may look forward to working on our annual Capitol Hill Briefing, College Outreach Program--including new National Campus Directory of Resources and much more. Past interns have said it was the "summer of their lifetime!"

Please include a resume and cover letter why you are seeing this internship and any work you have done to promote pro-woman, pro-life work, such as taking our Pregnancy and Parenting Resource Survey for the new National Directory of Campus Resources.

Interns are voluntary, however FFL will cover costs of metro. There is free transportation to our boutique office in historic Old Town Alexandria. (You'll enjoy the view from our rooftop terrace during our annual summer reception!)

We will respond to qualified applicants within two weeks of receiving applications. Please forward this to students who may want this opportunity.

New officers for the 2012-2013?

We don't want to lose touch with your group! So if you've just elected new officers for next year (or when you do) please be sure to LET US KNOW! Send us your new leaders names and e-mails.

Or better yet, use a listserv like Georgetown University. You set up one listserv, give us that address and then as you change officers and graduate (BTW, CONGRATULATIONS 2012 GRADS!!), you just subscribe them to the list. That way you never lose touch with the other organizations your club works with! And when you stay in touch, you can continue the great work your club has been doing for years, and know your work will be continued!

Have a great summer and we look forward to working with you next year to eliminate the root causes on your campus that are driving women to abortion!
